Edsel Peña is a New York-based photographer dedicated to portraiture and street photography. At 27, he channels his lens toward capturing the human experience, emphasizing the stories of Black and Latino communities that shaped him. Edsel’s work seeks to celebrate and document these narratives in their full complexity, highlighting their beauty, struggles, and resilience. With aspirations to expand into documentary photography, Edsel aims to leave a visual legacy that reflects the spirit and lives of the time he inhabits.
